How does the Standard FOI Request package work?
Once we contact you initially to form your FOI request, we will handle all communication with the agency on your behalf until the agency issues a formal decision.
What’s included in the Review of FOI Decision package?
This package covers a full review of an agency’s FOI decision, including drafting and lodging an internal review request. We also liaise directly with the agency and keep you updated throughout the process.
How long does an FOI request take?
Most agencies are required to make a decision within 30 days, although extensions may apply. We keep track of deadlines and follow up with the agency to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Do I need to pay any additional fees apart from your package price?
Our package price covers all of our services. However, some agencies may charge application or processing fees under FOI law. If these apply, we will let you know before proceeding.
